Captivate 8 Issue Resolutions....

Recently I had a co-worker with a few errors in Adobe Captivate 8 using a PC


1. Responsive Design unable to preview: displays 404 error

Resolution:
Your user account name may have spaces in it!!!

You may have to create a new account with a new user name.


BTW: This is not the case for Mac users.






2. Are you missing your Characters?

    I have a mac and have downloaded the .dmg file for the characters, but I can't find any guide on where I am supposed to install them? any ideas.

      once you double click on the .dmg they will install in a default folder, I think it is in My documents.
